It was the greatest British military display ever witnessed there, and deeply impressed the natives. NEWS FROM CAIRO. (Sairo, November 3. Many Turks have been arrested, and aliens deported. Times and Sydney Sun See vices. (Received 8.0 a.m.) , London, November 4. A French official says that the French Ambassador has left Constantinople, but the British Foreign Office does not confirm this. The Turkish Ambassador in London has not received his passports.
