United Press Association. Perth, October 20. The election figures are still incomplete. The present state of Parties is: Labour 24, Liberal 15, Country Party 8. Melbourne, October 20. At the Ballarat band contest the championship in the A. grade contest was won by Rozelle (New South Wales) Band, the Gftelong Harbor Trust Band being second. The B grade went to Ballarat City Band. Tire adjudicator, Mr Beswick, departs for New Zealand during the week.
