The Daily News' Rotterdam correspondent states that there are very few Germans at Ostend or at the places recently captured in Flanders, as they are throwing all their avalible force between Nieuport and Ypres. The latest reinforcements brou'ghfc up many cannon. Over 100 Belgian railway engines at Ostend and other places are believed to be ready for hasty retreat.
