A Wellington Press Association telegram to-day says: The Dominion Council of the Boy Scouts in < hr ■tchurch has appointed a financial organiser to raise a fund of £“000 throughout the Dominion for the . ■nrposo of placing the Scouts in readiness to assist all patriotic movements. The Prime Minister has expressed his approval of the scheme. The Commissioner of Boy Scouts in Wellington will receive donations.
