FAILURE OF THE TURCO-GREEK
CONFERENCE.
London, September 3
Reuter states that the King of Bulgaria, replying to a message of goodwill from Budapest, declared that Hungary possessed Bulgaria’s full 1 sympathy.
It is understood that the Bucharest Conference failed. Greece declared Turkey’s demands exorbitant, and is now preparing counter-proposal*.
