WELLINGTON VALUATION.

THE INCREASES SINCE 1906. [Pkk- Pbkbb ASSOCIATION.] > Wellington, July 30. A revaluation-of the City of Wellington lias been completed by the Valuation Department. The last compilation was made in 1900. The capital value of rateable property increased from £13,522,307 to £16,006.125, unimproved value from £8,509,812 to £9,'380',767, and the improvements from £5,113,495 to £6,625,358. There is a comparatively igmall increase on the unimproved value which is due to the fact that Wellington was passing through a boom period when the last valuation was made.
