It was decided to settle the question once and for all. Representatives will bo sent to New Zealand to appeal against its existence. RAILWAYMEN’S DEMANDS. Brisbane, July 29. The Minister of Railways has received an intimation that 1200 men will cease work on Saturday failing satisfactory consideration of the demand ofr a 25 per cent, increase in wages.
