In committee on the Finance Bill, Mr Lloyd George announced that the Government proposed to abolish the distinction between settled and unsettled property which was established in the Finance Act of 1894 PLURAL VOTING REJECTED. (Received 11.13 a.m.) London, July 15. The House of Lords rejected the Plural Voting Bill by 119 to 49.
