Wilson's Crime.

THE CONQUEST OF MEXICO. REAL CAUSE OF THE WAR. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] [United Press Association.] % Mexico City, July 10.

Querido Moheno, ex-Minister of Commerce for Mexico, is en route to the United States on a lecture campaign with the object of exposing what he terms President Wilson's crime against Mexico. He alleges that he possesses letters showing that President Wilson's and ex-President Roosevelt's real aims were the conquest of Mexico; that the oil interests did not cause the revolution, but that politicians did so. Moheno admits that the United States sooner or later will be compelled to undertake armed intervention. Huerta, he says, had nothing to do with the Madero assassination. Moheno is a likely candidate for the Presidency in the near future. HUERTA'S NEW CABINET. Mexico City, July 11. Huerta's* new Cabinet has been sworn in, with few changes. . Francisco Carrajal, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, becomes Foreign Minister. It is understood that the Chamber of Deputies intends to declare the Presidential election void.
