Evidence showed that on the previous night she had had a difference with a man to. whom she was engaged. They"had met since, but had not spoken to one another. Death was due to poisoning. Sharman were molding to Temora from Wyalohg, a bullet from a rifle smashed the glass screen. Broken pieces of glass flew all round the occupants, Sharman sustaining a deep cut on the cheek below the gye. The younger Austin had the skin at the edge of his left eye cut. The driver escaped injury. It is not known aho fired the shot. •
