SYDNEY’S TRAM FARES.
END OF THE PENNY SECTION. [i,r Electric Telegraph—Copyright] [United Press Association.] (Received 9.0 a.m.) Sydney, April 0. Besides the extra half-penny on the tram fare for the second section, the Government yesterday inaugurated an extra tax of one penny on all fares for Sundays. This will also apply to holidays. Much public indignation is being expressed.
