MRS PANKHURST’S JOKE. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] (United Press Association.! (Received 12.35 p.m.) London, February 10. Mrs Pankhurst returned to England, and announced that she would address a meeting from a window in Camden Square. When she left the police arrested a woman, but when taken to the police station it was found they had been hoaxed, having arrested another suffragette disguised as Mrs Pankhurst.
