The Bishop of London, after a second visit to Holloway Prison, has written to “The Suffragette,” stating that no prisoners complained of any personal unkindness on the part of the officials. Mrs Dacre Fox read a letter which the meeting received with laughter, and exclamations of resentment. It invited the Bishop to visit the hall on Monday and be forcibly fed before a suffragette audience. A WHITE WASHING REPORT. [United Press Association.] (Received 10.10 a.m.) London, February 10. The Bishop of London paid bis second visit to Holloway Gaol. Although lie was not allowed to witness forcible feeding, be declared that the prisoners did not complain of any harshness or unkindness in feeding.
