His name was James Martin, aged . 27, son.of tlie landlady. Mrs Bolton, by a former marriage, Bolton ami his wife, have returned. They state that they left the house at 7.15 p.m., when all was apparently safe. The building is owned by Mrs Townsoiul, of Auckland.
