LYNCH LAW IN CAROLINA.

New York, January 27
At Raleigh, North Carolina, a mob rushed to the gaol in which Jim Wilson, a negro, was confined on a charge of murdering a white woman ahead of the State militia, who had been despatched to prevent them, and hanged the man on a tree and riddled his body with bullets.
