TWO NEW BATTLESHIPS.
FOR THE BRITISH NAVY.

The battleships Royal Sovereign and Royal Oak have been laid down at Portsmouth and Devonport respectively, each of 25,000 tons and a speed of 21 knots. They will be armed with eight or ten fifteen-inch guns.
