The Dublin Corporation is adopting the Dickson sewage process, wherein the sludge passes direct into a mining tank and is treated to a half per cent, of yeast and three per cent, of already-fermented sludge, and the whole is heated from 90 to 100 deg. Fahrenheit.

It is understood that the Xew Zealand Government recently inspected the process, and is fully convinced of its efficiency.
