Eugene Tremblay, the world’s lightweight wrestling champion, failed to defeat Walter Miller, qf St. Paul’s, the welter-weight champion, at Winnipeg. Tremblay had lasted an hour and eighteen minutes when he fell.

A strong committee is being formed for organising a team of vegetarian and fruitarian athletes to compete at the Berlin Olympic Games. It is intended to work in conjunction with the Olympic Council.
