FURTHER EWDENCE. [By Electric Telegraph- Copyright] [United Press Association.] London, November 22. Neville, a postman, gave evidence that he delivered the necklace packet intact. He knew both Silverman .and Gut with. He emphatically denied receiving any money. He had never been promised any directly or indirectly. Holland, Nevillq's assistant, stated that he carried the registered bag. Neville did not tamper with the contents. The mail sorter on the Dover train testified that he noticed an irregularity in the seals of Mayer's packet, suggesting it had already been tampered with.
