At the Supreme Court, Leslie Johns, for assault on a' girl six years of age, was sentenced to two years' ref ormati vo treat men t.

Ernest Harry Elliott, for indecen assault on a boy, received a sinula sentence.

John Brown, indecent assault on a male,' was sentenced to three years' hard labor. Daniel Pow, a Maori, aged 10, for carnal knowledge of a girl of 14 at Waihi, received a sentence of three years' imprisonment and four years' reformative treatment.
