Ohm, an official of the Niederdeutsche Bank at Dortmund, was sentenced to seven years imprisonment, and Hartwig, the auditor, to three years and also fined £IOOO for fraud in connection with the bank failure. Other officials received lesser sentences. The trial lasted 147 days.
