Mrs Pankhurst, in an address at Minneapolis, said: "We are fighting i great civil war in England, and unless yon realise that yon cannot unlerstand our militancy. Peaceful means' were tried without result, and revolution is the only method left. Can you, who understand the motives of your forefathers in the times of the Boston tea party,, blame us for carrying on war for the same reasons. Our war is different in one respect.: We do not take human life, .hough housewives are willing to "die tor the cause." ' ,
