Oakley, of Bristol, judge of sjaltefl butter at the dairy show, saic" thjfit ; generally the flavor showed a great improvement on any he had previously judged. He was pleased to note the absence of fishiness, but a great majority of the butter was lacking in texture, largely due to putting in as much moisture as possible.
