It. is stated that Count Zeppelin constructed the last airship on lines contrary to his own judgment at the request of the navy authorities. He regarded the new type as less safe than the old one. ZEPPELINS DISCREDITED. Zeppelin's enterprise is on the brink of collapse. He has many enemies, and the Government's confidence is , declining. Without Government orders, the company cannot survive. The recent disasters are threatening the popularity of Zeppelin air tours. It is now suggested that their immunity from accidents is due to happy chance. SENSATIONAL FATALITIES. i (Received 8..'50 a.m.) Paris, October 21. A Morot aeroplane exploded afc Epinay, causing a biplane .to turn turtle and fall 1000 feet into the Mosej le. Lieutenant jGa'rcer, and Corporal Jeanrol were drowned. FROM PARIS TO CAIRO. Received noon. Dancourt, with a passenger named Loux, has started to fly from Paris to Cairo via Schaffhausen, Vienna, Turkey and Jerusalem.
