SUGGESTED CONCILIATORY METHODS. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] [United Press Association.] (Received 1.20 p.m.) London, September 24. The Lord Mayor of Dublin suggests the reinstatement of the strikers and a cessation of the lock-out in return for a pledge that there lie no sympathetic strike for two years. It is proposed that the employers federation should send six representatives, and the transport workers’ union and trades’ council jointly six, to a conciliation board with Sir G. Askwith as chairman.
