FLEET MANOEUVRES. 'By Electric Telegraph—Copyright[United Press Association.! London, September 23. The Admiralty announces that it will good a detachment of the first fleet, consisting of four battleships of the First Battle Squadron, Third Cruiser Squadron, First Cruiser Squadron, and the Third Flotilla, commanded by ViceAdmiral Colville, to cruise iu the Mediterranean, early in November, returning at Christmas. The Fourth Battle Squadron will join the detachment at Oi bra Iter, and after manoeuvres the combined fleet will proceed on a cruise as far as Alexandria, visiting various ports on the way. Thereafter the Third Flotilla of 16 modern destroyers will remain in the Mediterranean, the destroyers now there returning Home.
