NEW SOUTH WALES FINANCE. [By Electrio Telegraph—Coptright) [United Press Association.] Sydney, September 23. The annual report of the AuditorGeneral points cut that though the State's receipts exceeded any previous year, the expenditure was more rapid, leaving a deficit of £1,044,978. while the loan expenditure was over three million above any previous year. He declares that the strained condition of the finances will have to be relieved by contributions from busi ness undertakings. THE FEDERAL BUDGET. Melbourne, September 23. The Federal Budget will be delivered to-morrow Aveek. THE N.S.W. RAILWAYS. (Received 8.10 a.m.) Sydney, September 21. The Assembly passed the second reading of the Railway Loan Bill raising four millions and a quarter for duplications and works.
