MYSTERIOUS DISAPPEARANCE. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] [United Press Association.] (Received 8.10 a.m.) Sydney, September 24. ■ Mrs Leslie Gaggon and three children loft Lismore on September Ist by the train for Brisbane. Mr Gaggin received a telegram to report their safe arrival at Tweed Heads, but no further trace can lie found. No reason is ascribed for their disappearance. It is stated that the woman was subject to fits. ARRIVAL OF THE FLAGSHIP. (Received 8.10 a.m.) Melbourne, September 24. Mr MHlen has received a cablegram from the Hon. James Allen offering congratulations and good wishes oh the arrival of the flagship Australia. STOLEN JEWELLERY H2COVERT,D (Received 9.30 a.m.) Sydney, September 24. The remainder of the jewellery stolen from Keilmann's shop at Albury,. has been recovered. Detectives visited Chitern with two prisoners. One showed where £4OO worth was hidden, under the bark at the foot of a tree in a paddock, and the other revealed the £SOO worth.
