The following report was submitted: —Suppliers received an advance of Is per lb on butter-fat throughout the sea sop. An extra $d was distribut-i • ed in July, and another jd is due on ."id,til August, making Is' Id per To. In addition,' the directors have added ■ -200 to the reserve for the re-build-ing of the factory. During the year a new residence for the manager has been built, costing, with £-acre of land, £439 19s 2d. It has been decid-' ed to again “entrust the output to Messrs. Lovell and Christmas on open consignment. . ’ • The figures in connection with the year’s operations were as follows: Cheese-making.—Milk 7,698,750,; test 3.85, butter-fat 293,346, cheese 782,GS7, lbs. milk to 11b. cheese 9.72, lbs cheese to 11b hutetrfat 2.66. Buttermaking.—Milk 15.071, test 3.63, butte rf at' 548, butter 630, lbs milk to 11b butter 23.92, lbs butter to lib butterfat 1.15. The working account showed a credit balance of £Bl5 4s sd. The report and balance-sheet were adopted without discussion. 1 HRECTORS RE-ELECTED. The directors retiring by rotation. (Messrs J. T. Belcher, J. S. Jones and G. A. Merchant) were re-elected. Mr A. - Coleman was re-appointed auditor.
