WOMAN RUN OVER AND KILLED

A fatal accident occurred at Lambton Quay shortly before 8 o'clock this morning. A married woman named Hall Kenney had just left the Public Trust Building, where she was em ployed as a cleaner, and was endeavoring to rescue a dog which was in imminent danger of being run ovei by a tramcar, whe she was struck bj by a tramcar, when she was struck b\ ton, coming in the other direction. Tho woman was killed instantly. The dog escaped injury. Deceased bocame confused when the motor car approached. She leaves several daughters and a son.
BODY IN THK MOLYNEUX
Dnnedin, July 4
A body, believed to 'be that of William Bailey, was found in tho Molyneux liver at Inverted, near Balclutha. The circumstances point to suicide. Deceased was a stranger to the district, and was about 50 years of age. "TEMPORARILY INSANE." The jury found that Isobel Hall met death by strangulation caused by her mother. May Hall, while the latter was suffering from temporary insnaity. The jury expressed sympathy with Mr Hall and tho relatives.
A LYTTELTON TRAGEDY
Christchurch, July 4
The body of an elderly man was found floating in Lyttelton Harbour this morning. It had apparently been in the water two or three weeks, and was unrecognisable. The suit bore the name "Williams, Tailor, Waihi."
