THE TIDES. High water at New Plymouth today 2.33 p.m. THE SUN. Rises to-morrow 7.23. Sets to-day 4.37, to-morrow 4.37. EXPECTED ARRIVALS. Rarawa, from North, Friday. Haupiri, from South, Tuesday. Rarawa, from North, Tuesday. THE FLORA. The Flora arrived yesterday morning from southern ports with about 100 tons of general cargo. Sho sailed for Westport and Greymputli after discharging. THE KOWHAT. The Kowhai reached port at 7 a.m. yesterday from Westport, via Onelumga. Her cargo amounted to about 500 tons of coal. Shortage of labor hampered discharging operations and the vessel was worked all last night. It was hoped to despatch her for Greymouth at an early hour this morning. THE HAUPIRI. The Haupiri left Wellington last night for Pieton, Onehunga and Now Plymouth. She is due here on Tuesday.-
