Reuter reports that the Allies’ delegates will meet to-day to discuss modifications of the draft peace terms, suggested by instructions from Belgrade and Athens. HINDRANCE TO PEACE. (R ecoivcd 9.35 a.in.) London, May 20. The Allies’ intrigues seriously retard the holding of the peace. conference. Bulgaria and Turkey are ready to sign the basis of peace. M. Daneff, Bulgaria’s leading peace delegate, suggests that hostilities should be stopped by the Powers. He recommends that the suggested amend ment of Serna and Greece should he considered after the formal signing of peace. \ SPOILS TO THE VICTORS. A statement has been circulated showing conquered territory amounting to 109,000 kilometres. Bulgaria proposes to take 87,000 kilometres, Servia 23,000, Montenegro 7000, Greece 11,000, Turkey retaining 12,000 and Albania 26,000. Servia and Greece propose that Bulgaria should take 61,000. Servia 36,000, Montenegro 7000; Greece 27,000. SERVIA AND BULGARIA. (Received 8.20 a.in.) Vienna, May 20. The bitter feeling continues at Sofia. Belgrade, May 20. The Bulgarian paper declares that the Balkan League belongs to the past. The West Chernaposta severely attacks Servia, and says: “It is alleg ed that the alliance with Servia wap criminally forced upon us from abroad against our national arms.”
