(Received 10.55 a.m.) London, April 8. Wharry, alias Locke, who wcs recently arrested as a suffragette, Jus been released. A BREACH OF THE PEACE. Annie Dudley has been arrested on a charge of inciting in crimes against the peace. The bomb thrown by Dudley exploded between two Sebastopol trophy cannon, and literature was scattered about.
