MINISTERIAL VISIT.
MAP OF THE TOUR. BANQUET IN STRATFORD. Mr J. B. Hine, M.P., has received word that the Hon. the Premier, accompanied by the Hon Mr Fraser, will reach Stratford on Wednesday evening, and both will be present at the banquet given by local bodies, as already mentioned, next day proceeding to Opunake by way of Manaia, and staying Friday evening at Manaia, then proceeding from Opunake to New Plymouth, arriving there at mid-day. On Saturday the party will visit Inglewood, and pass through Stratford that evening for Hawera, where they will stay over Sunday, leaving for * Wanganui on Monday. Mr Hine had endeavoured to arrange for Mr Massey and Mr Fraser to visit the backblocke, but owing to the Ministers having to return to Wellington in connection with the expected arrival of the battleship New Zealand, they have regretfully had to cut this part out of the programme, and will visit Whangamomona and the back country at a later date.
