ACCIDENTS & FATALITIES.

A TRAP ACCIDENT. (Per Press Association.) Wanganui, March 25. While driving down the Avenue today the horse stumbled, and the occupants of the trap, Mrs J. and Miss Paul, were thrown out on to the roadway. Each sustained a broken wrist, among other injuries. A BOATING ACCIDENT. A floating accident, which occurred in the Auckland harbour on Monday morning, resulted in the death of an elderly man named Charles Watson, of 32, Masons Avenue. 1 tappears that Watson and two other men named Sandford were fishing from a dinghy off Shoal Bay, and Watson, standing up to attend to his line, capsized the little craft. A launch that was passing, (jiiickly went to the rescue, but too late to save Watson, whom death, it is believed was due largely to shock.
