The Government Meteorologist fßev D. C. Bateoi telegraphed tills afternoon as follows: The indications are for variable and moderate breev.es, but northerly moderate to strong prevailing and freshening after 24 hours. There is a prospect of fair to cloudy weather with increasing haze and cloudiness. Barometer little movement, but falling after 24 to 36 hours.
