Mexico City, February 18. After a night of continuous firing, the rebels and Federals are in precisely the same position, the Federals planning a ruse to dynamite and dislodge the rebels. A large number were killed on both sides, shells wrecking the houses, and bullets whizzing among the throng at the embassies, but there was no further casualties to foreigners.
