THE FRANCHISE BILL.
(Received 11.55 a.m.) London, January 23. • Premier Asquith moved that the Franchise Bill be dealt with by timetable. Mr. Bonar Law said the Bill would revolutionise the whole electoral system, 'with the country having the smallest say. He moved an amend-ment-declining to accept a limitation of discussion.
