CLEAN MEAT. Brisbane, January 10. Regulations have been introduced revolutionising the sale of meat. Butchers’ shops must have all their external openings covered with wire gauze, and the dopys must T ps.,kept closed except for entering exit. All meat must be .wrapped ip, clean paper, and not come in contact, with writing or printing. Inspectors are empowered to order stone or concrete floors to be laid, with a view to preventing the entrance of rats. Nobody is allowed to hold in his mouth any implement used in the preparation of meat or any label or article used in wrapping or addressing meat. Nobody is permitted to sell meat returned by customers. Spitting in shops is prohibited.
