SENSATIONAL DETAILS. MRS. FULHAM CONFESSES. 'By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright (United Press Association.) Agra, January 10. Mrs. Fulham, in a statement, savl that she did not know the composition of the powders. Clark said that they would make her husband slightly ill. The presecution read her letter cf July 11 to the effect that an acquaintance of similar appearance to her husband had had a heat stroke, and si ggesting the possibility of producing the same symptoms, if it could be done without suspicion. The Court asked Mrs. Fulham to explain the letter, and she replied that she would reserve her defence. Giving evidence regarding her mother’s murder, Miss Clark identified Sukilla as one of the murderers. Kathleen Fulham, aged ten, testified that the natives came to her mother’s house on Sunday night. Clark brought them into the diningroom and next into Kathleen’s bedroom. The natives said they wanted money, and Clark replied, “You’re always ‘ wanting money.” The natives replied, “This is the last time; all over to-night.” Mrs. Fulham said, “Come in the morning, or the children will be asking questions.” Kathleen recognised Budhu’s voice. She was frightened and went to her mother’s dressing-room. From there she saw two men climbing the wall. Later, when sleeping in her mother’s bed, she heard a knock at the front door. Clark came in and told her mother that thieves had broken into his house and hurt his wife. Her mother asked what damage was done, and Clark replied, “Her head is cut open and her brain exposed.” On the following Tuesday Sukhia came, and her mother gave him money, saying, “Go; they’re after you.” COMMITTED F'OR TRIAL. The prisoners were committed for trial.
