At 2.30 p.m. to-morrow, at his mart, Mr Newton King will sell, on behalf of a commercial traveller, who is leaving the district, the whole of has choice samples, comprising silver and e.p. ware, gold and silver watches, brushes, and many other valuables. Hignett, who is in the charge of the lands department at the Stratford office, will he pleased to give fuller particulars to any one who will write or call there, and is also prepared to give advice to intending purchasers of farms or other properties. Iho N.Z. Loan and Mercantile Agency Coy., Ltd., advertise particulars of their Stratford sale, in conjunction with Messrs Webster, Dobson, and Co. The Taranaki Education Board invites applications for several positions at schools in its district, particulars of which appear in another column. At his haymarket am} mart sale tomorrow, Mr T. Lamason, auctioneer, will sell pigs, calves, horses, poultry, furniture, etc., and also a large quantity of fruit.
