At the North Mount Lyell Commission, Mr. Harris, chief electrician at Mount Lyell, said that, electrically, indications of electrical fire were discovered. Mr. Fraser, electrical engineer with a large American experience, said the installation was first-class, and ho was unablb to see how the fire started. The provisions for safety had been well carried out.
