The Supreme Court has decided that corners in inter-State commodities such as clothing and food are illegal, violations of the anti-trust law. The Court held that the indictment of James Patten and Eugene Scales, as associates in a conspiracy to run an alleged cotton corner, was legal. The ca&o was, therefore, remitted for trial.
