“LET ’EM STARVE!”

LOOKING TO THE STATE FOR SOLUTION. (Received 11.5 a.m.) London, January 6. Britain was the richest country in the world, vet the bones of starvation were chinking and rattling. He continued: “We do nothing except say with a shrug of our shoulders : ‘Let ’em starve.’ ” The accumulation of wealth was criminal, but the problem would be solved if we legislated that the unborn should not have rights.
