ACCIDENTS & FATALITIES.
Nellie Rollinson, a girl of 13 years, who' lives wi th her parents at Wharc Flat- (Otago), was found. on the 3rd inst. to have broken iter leg during sleep. She is subject to fits, which probably accounts for the accident. The girl was brought into the Dunedin Hospital (states the Daily Times).
CHILD KILLED BY MOTOR CAR
(Por Press Association.) Wellington, December 29. : ' A child four and a half years old, named Philip Gore, who was run over by a motor car yesterday afternoon and severely injured about the head, died this ■ morning.
DIED BY THE ROADSIDE,
Gisborne, December 30
James Kelley, aged 62, was found dead on the roadside at Tekaraka. A verdict of death from natural causes was returned.
