FIRES.

AT OHINEMIJTU. (Per Press Association.) Rotorua, December 12. A house of nineteen rooms, known as Lake View, Ohinemutu, was totally destroyed by fire to-night. The building was owned and occupied by Mi Neil Buchanan, proprietor of the Wai-wei-a Stables. It was over thirty years old. Mr Buchanan was abisent in Now Plymouth, and it is not known whether the house was insured. -A lighted candle near the window caused the fire.
