ISLAND FRUIT CASE.

(Per Press Association.) Wellington, December 7. In the Raratongan fruit case, it was agreed that the only point for the jury would be: What would be the amount of damage suffered by the plaintiff? After evidence had been given, the case was adjourned for argument, which is to be heard at some future date.
