FIRE IN A MOTOR GARAGE. (Per Press Association.) Invercargill November 18. A fire in ,G. W. Woods’ motor garage about midnight did about £ISOO worth of damage. The chaffeur struck a match, which ignited some petrol leaking from a car, and the flames quickly spread, enveloping a number of cars, which were all seriously damaged. Woods’ stock was covered by a floating policy for £I6OO in the Guardian Office.
