The Sr.ltan of Perak, at a meeting of the Federal Council on November 12, will move a resolution,, that the Federated States offer Britain a firstclass armoured ship, to be laid down as .soon as*Bis Majesty’s advisers consider it desirable, and that payment for the ship be made within five years.
