THE PLAGUE IN NOUMEA.

(Received 10.10 a.m.) Sydney, November 12. Advices from Noumea concerning tin bubonic plague outbreak state, that the first cases occurred two months ago among Asiatics employed near the quay. . There 'have also been five cases-among the whites,- of which ■two were fatal. The total is twenty-five cases since September 18th, of which 15 have been fatal. The work- of cleaning and dis nfecting is in progress.
